Make sure your cattle are accessible and in proper condition for the CattleLink rep to evaluate and film. The rep’s assessment and seller-provided info will form the listing for the auction.

Once the videos and information are collected, our team edits, writes the descriptions, and prepares your listing for the upcoming auction.

After that, just sit back and let the auction do the work. CattleLink takes care of the marketing, bidding, and buyer communication—making selling cattle simple, stress-free, and effective.

Once your lot sells, coordinate with the buyer or their chosen transporter. Make sure cattle are ready for loading on the scheduled shipping day.

All payments—part and full—are processed through CattleLink. Part Payment ($40/head) is due within 24 hours of the auction closing. Full payment is due on the day the cattle are weighed for shipping and must be received within 24 hours.

Sellers will receive proceeds after full payment has been received and confirmed by CattleLink. Direct payment from buyers to sellers is prohibited unless authorized in writing by CattleLink.
